All the twist outs in the world I finally have a length of hair to mess around with.
Rocking box braids and killing it! She asked me to do something and this was the outcome. Btw…. 55! I pray I have them genes!

Who would have thought that phone cameras would be this good? With my work schedule, it’s a bit tricky being creative but the convenience of a phone camera allows me to do random arty ish. The Cowley Retreat pic was taken with my phone too. They’ll be a lot of phone Pics being posted.
Royal Mail. They may not deliver on time but hey, the glass on the frame was intact. May have to give them a second chance. This was a commission from a good friend of mine Tanya. Happy (belated) Birthday Harriet!
Clothes and a dog need I say more…

So I was away last week; flew to Zambia for my Sis’s wedding (only had a week off 😦 ). the moment I got there I had 12 Bow ties to make in 2 days. It was a stretch but with a good technique on my side I accomplished it all with time to spear. And I think they turned out alright 😀
So Christmas has me crafting, I usually like to make a present as well as buy them. So I thought one gift could be handmade bow ties; they’re relatively quick to make, do not use much fabric and are unisex. As they are clip ons you could place them anywhere. So here’s my first of hopefully many.
Was supposed to have this finished in a day, but hey reality hits hard; well more like work -_- but 3 sessions later I am DONE. Hope you like it 😀 and I finally found a way to draw box braids that I can be satisfied with 😛
Been gone for a minute but I’m back at the jump off! Well It’s been a while since I have updated this blog, but I’m planning to exhibit my work in 2015 so I’ll be hinting as to what my collection will look like. I have been an admirer of this lady for a while. She was the OG dark skin model to really make it in mainstream society BL (before Lupita). I have been reconnected to my love of portraiture and I have been meaning to make more use of my Wacom Intuos5
